Will & Kate's Public Engagements Before & After Their Anniversary

In the days leading up to their 1st anniversary on April 29th, Will and Kate will be extremely busy.

They will be on the red carpet April 25th at the British Film Institute for the London premiere of the Disney documentary African Cats, which tells the story of how lions teach their cubs how to survive in the wild.

Their appearance there will include a speech by Will to do with his charity Tusk Trust, which helps protect endangered African wildlife. Will and Kate will be joined at the premiere by 100 kids associated with other charities near and dear to them.

The next day, on April 26th, they have two receptions -- one to celebrate the Scott-Amundsen Centenary Race to the South Pole in aid of the British Legion, the other at an Imperial War Museum reception to launch their First World War Galleries Centenary Campaign.

Their is still no word from Buckingham Palace as to whether Will and Kate will be making any public appearances April 29th to celebrate the anniversary of their Royal Wedding.

They will, of course, be participating in Diamond Jubilee celebrations throughout the spring and summer -- including a special carriage ride procession with the Queen June 5th, and visits to Malaysia, Singapore, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu on behalf of the Queen -- and at the London 2012 Olympics.

Royally busy are Will and Kate!
