"The Bachelor" doesn't have the best track record when it comes to long-term relationships -- problematic since the whole premise of the reality franchise is to find someone the love of their life (and single-handedly keep the hot-tub industry in business).
Which is why we're so excited to hear that Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum actually made it down the aisle this weekend! The couple met on the show during Ashley's turn as "The Bachelorette" in 2011. Of the couples who end up engaged at the end of the mega-hit, they're only the second pair to actually tie the knot. (The other long-time lovebirds being Trista and Ryan, way back in '03.)
Hebert is a dentist, while her new hubby is in construction. The two were hitched Saturday in Pasadena, California. We don't know many details, but seeing as they met on the Bachelor, we expect lots of red roses.
The made-in-reality-show-heaven nuptials will be broadcast in all their paid-for-by-the-network glory on December 16th. The icing on the cake? The officiant was none other than The Bachelor host, Chris Harrison.
