1. Reciprocate. 2. Wash regularly (with mild soap and water, and just before is a great idea). 3. Know that it can be an appetizer and not always the main dish. 4. Understand that jaws can hurt after awhile. 5. Let your partner know how much you appreciate it. 6. Eat more citrus fruit, eat less red meat, drink less alcohol, never smoke. These all improve the taste of your swimmers. 7. Reciprocate.
