It's said to be good luck for women to propose on a leap day.
That definitely wasn't the case for this girl, though, when she popped the question to her boyfriend of two weeks at a party on February 29th.
"I know we've only known each other for two weeks," she says in her proposal speech. "But they've been the best two weeks of my life."
Unsurprisingly, there isn't an engagement announcement at the end of the video. There is, however, heated aftermath to the failed proposal.
