What a sweet story!
Last night, Christina Davidson and Frank Tucci got married live onstage during the Academy of Country Music Awards.
The bride and groom lost their first spouses to cancer when they died within months of each other in 2009.
After losing her husband, Davidson, 31, founded a support group for grieving widows and widowers and that's where she met Tucci, 34.
As the couple tied the knot, country star Martina McBride performed a duet of "Marry Me" with Train lead singer, Pat Monahan.
"When I read their story, I felt an emotional connection," McBride told People. "They've been through so much and I just thought about what an honor it would be to share this moment with them."
The couple has three children and Tucci incorporated their kids in his proposal, dressing them in t-shirts that spelled out "Will You Marry Me?"
Check out the video of Martina talking about the couple and her involvement in the first-ever live wedding at an awards show.
