With the help of twinkletoed strangers and Bruno Mars' hit "Marry You," Joey gave his ladylove, Alex, an upbeat and very public marriage proposal on Saturday.
We might feel a little meh about that overplayed "Marry You" song, but we can't help but smile and bop along to the music any time we see a man literally dance in the street to express how much he loves his sweetheart!
