British actor Chris O'Dowd (Bridesmaids) recently announced that although he and his fiancee, Dawn Porter, have already planned their intimate ceremony for family and friends in London, they are looking to throw a second marital ceremony in LA. While this may be a simple decision for celebrities who can afford the extensive costs associated with wedding celebrations, it isn't an option for everyone.
